In the late 1930s, our grandmother Fatma and our grandfather, Mahmut SEZKARDEŞ, started the confectionery production. Located in the lower floor of a stone-built house in Mardin, our modest production facility was established as a family business.
Until 1960, we continued our production in Mardin, 1960-1970 in Diyarbakır. We returned to Mardin between 1970-1980 and continued our production of confectionery and Turkish delight with the same discipline and consistency in Kızıltepe district. In 1980, 2nd generation Hasan, Hayrettin and Selahattin SEKİZKARDEŞ moved to Istanbul and continued production until 1994 in Merter district. they have. In 2011, we entered into a new structuring and branding effort. We continued our production with the same quality and customer satisfaction as the name Bakırkazan Şekerleme. Within one year, as a result of the management of our 3rd Generation Representative Yaser SEKIZKARDEŞ, we continue to offer the same taste and quality with our knowledge which has been carried from the past to the present.
